Main tasks:
- operating various lathes equipped with bar feeders and/or robotic loading, power tools, Y-axis, and auxiliary spindle
- products range from Ø5 to Ø200 within a tolerance range of 0.01 mm
- batch sizes vary, requiring both crewed and uncrewed production
- following clear work instructions and technical drawings, you will independently produce the final product on our CNC machining centers
- due to the variety of products, materials, and processes, you must be skilled in seamless transitions between different tasks
Requirements:
- communicative knowledge of English
- experience in the aforementioned profession
- proven (recent) experience as an independent CNC machining center programmer
- good understanding of FANUC controls
- ability to interpret technical drawings
- knowledge of CAM programming with OneCNC and Edgecam or willingness to acquire this expertise through training
- category B driving license and car (preferred)
