The main responsibilities of the employed person include:
- Assembly and installation of large steel structures
- Fitting, adjusting, and securing components
- Working based on technical drawings and production documentation
- Preparing components for welding (tack welding, positioning, machining)
- Metal processing:
- cutting
- drilling
- grinding
- Operation of lifting devices and hoists
- Quality control of completed components
- Adhering to workplace safety regulations
- Assembly of steel structures
- Reading technical drawings
- Metal processing (grinding, cutting, fitting)
- Preparing components for welding
- Basic knowledge of welding technology
Requirements:
- Education in the field of:
- locksmith / mechanic / steel structures
- Experience in the metal or industrial sector
- Ability to work based on technical drawings
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- communicative / good knowledge of German (allowing for communication in the workplace)
- experience in the above-mentioned position
- category B driving license and a car

Preferred
- Experience in MAG welding (135)
- Welding certificates (e.g., EN ISO 9606-1)
- Experience in the shipbuilding industry or with cranes
