The main responsibilities of the employed person include:
- daily presence, supervision, and companionship
- assistance with household duties, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal preparation
- ensuring safe and comfortable conditions at home
- monitoring the well-being of the dependent person and informing the family of any concerning situations
- supporting the independence of the dependent person as much as possible
- working in a system of 6 days of work per week, 1 day off
- working in a rotation of 2 months in Belgium, followed by 1 month off
Requirements:
- communicative knowledge of Dutch or German
- category B driving license
- experience in the above-mentioned position
- confidence, patience, kindness
- ability to work independently
