Main responsibilities:
- operates CNC machines (milling and turning) with Fanuc control
- interprets technical drawings and execution sheets
- sets processing parameters (speeds, feeds, cutting depths)
- loads, edits, and runs CNC programs
- fixes and centers parts on the machine
- selects and installs necessary tools
- monitors the processing process and corrects any deviations
- checks finished parts with measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, dial gauge)
- makes adjustments and corrections in the program to optimize the process
Job requirements:
- conversational knowledge of the German language
- experience in the field
- category B driving license and car for commuting to work
