Main responsibilities:
- operates CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control
- interprets technical drawings and execution documentation
- sets working parameters and necessary tools
- creates CNC programs (at basic or advanced level, depending on experience)
- fixes and aligns parts on the machine table
- monitors the machining process and intervenes in case of deviations
- checks the dimensions of the parts using measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- makes program corrections for process optimization
Job requirements:
- conversational knowledge of the German language
- experience in the field
- category B driving license and car for commuting to work
