The main responsibilities of the employed person include:
- performing work in drywall construction (walls, ceilings, installations, plastering)
- finishing and renovation work in apartments and houses
- performing painting and varnishing work
- preparation and treatment of wall and ceiling surfaces
- assembly and disassembly of furniture (furniture, kitchens, construction elements)
- installation of kitchens along with preparation of connections
- installation of doors, windows, moldings, and other finishing elements
- floor laying (laminate, vinyl, tiles – depending on experience)
- performing minor repairs and maintenance work
- support during renovations and reconstructions
- preparatory work for electrical and sanitary installations
- cooperation with other teams on the construction site
- transport of materials and cleaning work
- maintaining cleanliness and taking care of tools and equipment
Requirements:
- communicative / good knowledge of the German language (allowing for communication in the workplace)
- experience in the above-mentioned position
- category B driving license and a car
- basic knowledge of various construction works (e.g. drywall, renovations)
