The main tasks of the employed person include:
- performing construction work involving supporting installers and managers in projects of steel structure buildings
- assisting in assembly and independently performing the assembly of steel structures
- installation of sandwich panels
- installation of insulated building panels and facade cladding
- installation of windows and doors
- installation of sheet metal flashings, finishing strips, and other external finishing elements
- performing final and finishing work on steel structure buildings
- sealing and protecting against weather factors around panels, windows, doors, and other building elements
- preparing materials, tools, equipment, and the workplace
- performing general construction and physical work as needed
- working on cherry pickers/movable working platforms, scaffolding, and other access equipment at significant heights
- working based on technical drawings, specifications, and instructions from installers, managers, and construction management
- ensuring that assembly and finishing work is performed accurately and in accordance with the required quality standards
- adhering to all safety procedures on the construction site and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
- communicative knowledge of English (allowing for communication in the workplace)
- category B driving license
- previous experience working on steel structure building projects
- experience in the installation of sandwich panels and facade cladding
- experience in the installation of windows, doors, sheet metal flashings, and finishing details
- no contraindications and ability to work at heights from working platforms and scaffolding
- ability to use power tools and basic construction equipment
- ability to work both independently and as part of a construction team
- good knowledge of safety rules on the construction site and readiness to comply with supervisors’ instructions
- certificate of no criminal record
