The main tasks of the employed person include:

  • work mainly in the workshop hall operating a permanent loading crane with a grapple
    • 90% – operating the loading crane (grapple crane)
    • 10% – operating a wheeled loader / bulldozer
  • sorting and processing scrap
  • loading and unloading trucks monthly
  • cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
  • communication with the team via walkie-talkie
  • learning to recognize different types of materials

 

Requirements:

  • communicative knowledge of English
  • category B driving license
  • experience as a crane operator (loading crane with grapple, wheeled loader, crawler crane, etc.)
  • crane operator certificate (B or C)
  • safety certificate (e.g., VCA or equivalent) – preferred
  • willingness to work in Belgium and Germany
