The main tasks of the employed person include:

• Preparation and retooling of machines and devices for metal processing.
• Loading materials and components into prepared machines.
• Selecting coating programs and entering parameters into the controller according to guidelines.
• Starting machines.
• Supervising the proper operation of machines.
• Stopping the coating process in case of a malfunction.
• Correcting operating parameters according to instructions in case of deviations.
• Removing simple faults and disturbances in machine operation.
• Reporting more serious malfunctions to the leading operator or the person responsible for the production line.
• Visual inspection of the quality and completeness of produced components according to guidelines.
• Informing the supervisor about detected irregularities.
• Documenting measurement results.

Requirements:

• communicative / good knowledge of German (allowing for communication in the workplace)
• experience in the aforementioned position
• category B driving license and a car
