Pipefitter (m / f / nb)

The main responsibilities of the employed person include:

• independent reading and working based on technical drawings
• measuring, fitting, and installing piping systems in ship engine rooms
• installing piping systems for fuel, oil, cooling, and heating
• cutting and preparing pipe sections to required dimensions
• spot welding of piping systems in preparation for final welding
• independently cutting holes in bulkheads using a cutting torch
• MIG/MAG welding if necessary
• checking the correctness of assembly and quality of piping systems

Requirements:

• communicative / good knowledge of English (allowing for communication in the workplace)
• experience in the above-mentioned position
• category B driving license and a car
