The main tasks of the employed person include:
- preparation of elements for painting (cleaning, degreasing, masking)
- adjustment and operation of powder coating equipment (electrostatic guns, booths)
- uniform application of powder coating
- introducing elements into the polymerization oven
- checking the quality of the paint layer (appearance, thickness, adhesion)
- compliance with technical data sheets and work instructions for paints
- basic maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment
Requirements:
- experience in the above-mentioned position
- category B driving license and a car – mandatory requirement for the location: Munich
