The main tasks of the employed person include:
- performing automatic powder coating of welded structures and steel and aluminum elements
- operating and supervising the GEMA automatic powder coating line
- manual powder coating of large and small elements
- preparing elements for painting and removing them from hangers according to guidelines
- conducting color changes along with cleaning the equipment
- ensuring high quality of paint coatings
- conducting quality control as part of the employee’s self-control
- packing and labeling painted elements according to applicable guidelines
- ongoing maintenance of equipment and performing basic maintenance tasks
- preparing materials and auxiliary means for production
- supporting other production departments as needed
Requirements:
- communicative / good knowledge of German in speaking and writing (allowing for communication in the workplace)
- first experience in powder coating is welcome
- technical skills
- independence, responsibility, and accuracy
- readiness to work in a shift system
