Thermal spray operator (m / f / nb)

Main responsibilities:

• preparation and cleaning of mechanical components for coating;
• setting the thermal spraying equipment according to material and process;
• applying, through thermal spraying, wear-resistant layers on metal components, using materials such as steel, chrome-nickel, ceramics, tungsten carbide, stellite, bronze, or polymers;
• performing finishing operations (turning, milling, or grinding);
• monitoring the process and checking the quality of the coating.

Job requirements:

• conversational English language skills;
• experience in the field;
• reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• category B driving license and car for commuting to work – an advantage.
