The main responsibilities of the employed person include:

  • welding aluminum sheets and pipes using the TIG method
  • operating welding robots if necessary
  • reading technical drawings
  • controlling the dimensions of delivered elements and their possible adjustment
  • preparing elements for welding, including preparing joints
  • assembling sheets and pipes into welded structures
  • tacking, inspecting, and welding elements
  • preparing and retooling welding tools and welding robots
  • quality control of performed welds, taking measurements, and documenting inspection results

Requirements:

  • communicative / good knowledge of German (allowing for communication in the workplace)
  • several years of experience in the above-mentioned position
  • current TIG welding certificates for aluminum
  • knowledge of hot material straightening is welcome
  • experience in operating robotic welding stations is welcome
  • readiness to work in a shift system
